Pre-order, coming soon!  This kit is based on my larger artwork Nightbirds, and was designed especially for the Nightbird Workshop I am teaching in France, in April 2025 for Creative Experiences.  For information, go to my Workshops page, or click the link below to register at the Creative Experiences website. 

This is an advanced level kit.  Prior experience with silk shading and goldwork is recommended.  The finished embroidery is approximately 7 1/2" square and incorporates silk shading, goldwork, crystals, sequins, beads, and couching.  It is stitched on a deep blue, iridescent silk taffeta background.  The kit requires a minimum size 12" slate frame, and can also be done on a 15" slate frame.  If you have questions about what type of frame to use, please contact Ann.  This kit cannot be done in an embroidery hoop. 

An extensive instruction booklet and all the elements required for completing the embroidery are included in the kit (slate frame and tools are NOT included). This kit will be available as a pre-order to students who have registered for the Nightbird Workshop, starting in mid November.  Pre-ordered kits will ship in January, 2025.  I will begin taking pre-orders for the kit from non workshop attendees sometime in early 2025.  Thanks for your patience!
